    GiGiFIT is a family-friendly event for a 5k FUN run, a 1-mile walk, and a kid’s Dash for Down syndrome.

    There will be a small festival with a variety of activities following the event to allow all of us to celebrate together!

    Join May 16th for a relaxed, family-friendly Spring Lawn Games morning featuring a classic croquet tournament, picnic-style seating, bucket raffle, food trucks, refreshing beverages, team spirit, and live music.

    This first-time event raises funds to support park stewardship at San Damiano, while inviting the community to enjoy the beauty of the Monona lakeshore and some friendly competition.

    Try your luck at the bucket raffle, enjoy live music, sip sparkling refreshments, and feast from tasty food carts, while building community and supporting stewardship at San Damiano Park.

    Join the GSAFE community at Monona Terrace for our 30th Annual Celebration of Leadership-an evening rooted in connection, courage, and collective impact.

    This year's theme, "We All Have a Role," reminds us that building a safer, more affirming world for LGBTQ+ youth takes all of us. Your event ticket includes admission to a joyful celebration featuring delicious food stations and an inspiring program honoring our award and scholarship recipients as we come together to celebrate leadership, community, and impact.

    During the evening, we will award scholarships to four outstanding high school seniors who exemplify leadership, resilience, and a commitment to creating positive change. We will also recognize four individuals and/or organizations from across Wisconsin who demonstrate exceptional advocacy and support for LGBTQ+ youth.

  • HARRY WHITEHORSE INTERNATIONAL WOOD SCULPTURE FESTIVAL

    The Harry Whitehorse International Wood Sculpture Festival, in partnership with the Friends of San Damiano, is a week long outdoor artist residency held on the shores of Lake Monona in Monona, Wisconsin. Building on the success of its inaugural festival, the event brings together internationally recognized sculptors to work on site, create new large scale works, share previous pieces, and engage directly with the surrounding community throughout their stay.

    Last year's 4th Annual Fairways and Freedom Charity Golf Outing raised over $12,500 for Objective Veterans' Smile! We were so happy with the participant response and overwhelming support that Spenc decided to choose them as the benefactor for a 2nd year! They are a Wisconsin 501(c)3 nonprofit that addresses the dental care needs of those who have served our country to see more Veterans smile.

    This 5th Annual event will be held at The Oaks Golf Course on Friday, July 24th with registration starting at 8:30 a.m. and a shotgun start at 10am. Join us for a great time on the course, complete with drinks, food, contests and prizes, all while raising money and awareness for Objective Veterans' Smile.

    Last year raised over $5,500 for Do Good Wisconsin. It was so much fun that we are doing it again this year. We hope to raise even more at our 2nd event. They do this through promoting the GOOD happening in communities across Wisconsin through social media platforms. Creating and supporting initiatives that engage kids and adults in philanthropy and lastly, their largest program is supporting Teachers every year with school supplies for their classroom. 

    We could not have done it last year without you and we hope that you will join us again this year at The Oaks! Registration is open and sponsorships are available now for the 2nd Annual Full Throttle Golf Outing on Friday, August 21st. This will be a four person scramble tournament with a shotgun start at 9am, fun contests on the course, raffles and great food after!

  • TEE OFF FOR TENANT RESOURCE CENTER

    Join us for a day on the green that makes a real impact. This exciting golf outing supports the Tenant Resource Center (TRC), a nonprofit that has championed housing as a human right in Dane County for 46 years. Every swing, putt, and sponsorship helps fuel TRC’s critical work, preventing evictions, resolving landlord-tenant disputes, and empowering thousands of renters with the knowledge and support they need to stay in their homes. In 2025 alone, TRC showed up in 4,558 eviction hearings, mediated 539 disputes, helped secure free legal representation for 389 households, and connected with community members more than 18,000 times. By joining us, you’re not just enjoying a great day of golf, you’re helping move our community closer to a future where everyone has access to safe, stable housing.

    Jan 8th-9th Description for Joey's Song: The Joseph Gomoll Foundation was established in 2010 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Joey's memory. Every year, through the magic of Freezing Man, we raise awareness and fund epilepsy research and program services for children with special needs.
     
    What started as a small gathering has grown into a week-long festival featuring icons of rock, pop, and alternative music — all united by one cause.

    Night at the Museum is Explore Children’s Museum’s largest fundraiser of the year, offering a lively, adults-only night out filled with connection, community, and fun.

    Guests can enjoy a great evening with delicious appetizers and drinks, bid on unique items in the silent auction, participate in a paddle raise, and experience all the playful energy of the museum in a grown-up setting. It’s a memorable night that brings people together in support of meaningful play for children and families.

For the first time in our company's history, IPE will have a permanent, full-time base at the venue to ensure every event is managed with precision and a personal touch. From live music and cultural celebrations in the TruStage MarketReady Hall to pop-up craft fairs and community workshops, we are eager to activate this space with a wide range of events that bring the Madison community together.
